IT Outreach

MATi ICT provides trusted expert support, solutions and guidance to schools and education services across Shropshire since 2013, at a flexible, affordable cost to keep your ICT systems running smoothly, securely and efficiently.

Support is provided by our team of specialists who also manage the Marches Trust ICT Systems (Previously Woodlands Technology Services.)

Onsite Support

We can provide a dedicated technician who can attend your site on either a regular basis or booked when is needed and convenient for you.

Remote Support

All our packages include remote support using industry leading technology – TeamViewer. Depending on your preference, devices or servers can be accessed with or without your interaction.

Consultancy

We can help with the strategic planning and implementation of your ICT and offer impartial advice and assisting with the procurement of hardware or software through trusted suppliers.

SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTIONS

(includes base support cost of 拢500 (per school/site single annual cost)

  • Support 90 (90 support hours) = 4750
  • Support 50 (90 support hours) = 2999
  • Support 25 (90 support hours) = 1850
  • Support 10 (90 support hours) = 1100
  • Bespoke = On request

All hours are to be utilised between 01.04.2024 and 31.03.2025. An additional subscription can be purchased, subject to availability, minus the base support cost. Any additional onsite hours required outside of subscriptions are charged at our ad-hoc rate. Hours can be used for regular scheduled onsite visits on request. See our SLA for further details.
